On November 14th, 2025, we are set to undergo this update. While all the changes are occurring, we will continue to serve our customers during our regularly scheduled banking hours. We anticipate a smooth transition that will provide very little disruption to you.

 

Important Dates

Debit Card: 

Customers that currently have a debit card, you will receive a new one in the mail prior to November 13, 2025. Please note, you should continue to use your old one until November 12, 2025.  Your old card will stop working on November 13, 2025. Enclosed with the new card will be instructions on how to activate the new card on or after November 13, 2025.

Digital Banking & Bill Pay:

Digital Banking will be unavailable from November 14, 2025 through November 16, 2025. If you have our app on your Apple/iPhone device, users will only need to update the app. Android users will need to delete and redownload the app from the Google Play Store. Whether you are logging in on the website of through the app, the process is the same. Please see below for the login steps.

If you currently use bill pay, that information will convert, but any payments set to process during the dates mentioned above will be pushed till November 17, 2025.

Online Bill Pay will be unavailable from November 10, 2025, through November 16, 2025. If you currently use bill pay, any payments set to process during the dates mentioned above will be pushed till November 17, 2025.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and suggest you use alternative plans for bill payment during this timeframe.

Statements:

All accounts will receive a statement as of November 13, 2025. You will also receive your normal statement based on your current statement cycle. This means that some accounts will receive two statements for November.
